Beyond words:
Dance therapy is both an experience of inner release, a reconnection to oneself through the non-verbal language of movement, and a living exploration of new ways to express oneself — giving voice to the unspoken and to silent feelings.

The Power of Movement
“ The body is a true barometer: it reveals our inner climate. Where words fall short, movement opens up new possibilities of communication.
Gesture becomes a doorway to deeper understanding:
• Why does this movement keep coming back?
• What emotion is trying to express itself through it?
• What is my body attempting to reveal to me?
• What inner states lie hidden behind my blockages?
• How can I free my movement to fully take my place?
Through dance therapy, I help you give voice to silent emotions, release tensions, and rediscover the simple joy of moving.“

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in a dance therapy session?
A session lasts around 50 minutes and unfolds gently in three phases:
1. Welcome & intention – a time to share what you’re going through, set the day’s intention, then recentre (breath, grounding).
2. Movement exploration – guided meditation to listen to body sensations, followed by progressive movement (simple gestures, rhythm, gentle improvisation), supported by music.
3. Integration & sharing – return to calm, putting the experience into words (or drawing), and identifying practical next steps.
How can I book a session?
By phone at +33 6 29 20 47 36 (call or SMS), or via the contact form on the website. I’ll suggest a time and answer your questions before the session.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on your goals and rhythm. You can start with 1 discovery session.
A cycle of 4 to 6 sessions helps anchor new patterns.
For deeper work, 8 to 12 sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) are often recommended.
We check in regularly and adapt as needed.
Do you offer individual or group sessions?
Both are possible.
Individual: tailor-made support, focused on your specific needs. Group: collective dynamics, shared support, and a sense of connection.
What is the price of a session?
The individual session (50 min) is €85. Group sessions are also possible — price on request depending on the format and the number of participants.
Can sessions be done remotely?
Yes, online sessions are available. Video conferencing offers the same quality of presence and listening, while allowing you to join from the comfort of your home. However, if you can attend in person in Bougival, many find the experience even more immersive and engaging.
